COMAR: “Here’s how COVID made us stronger”

A difficult year, which has inevitably changed the life of each of us, is finally ending.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, in COMAR we have guaranteed the health of our collaborators, adopting respiratory protection devices and modifying the workstations, to respect the safety distance. Thanks to the extraordinary solidarity of our Customers, as well as the help received from partners and suppliers, we were able to start again, and then never stop.

This has allowed us to focus on what we do best: making our top-quality capacitors and power factor correction systems, 100% made in Italy. In fact, in full compliance with all health protocols, we have delivered a lot of equipment all over the world, also managing to complete two important Medium Voltage projects.

Furthermore, the challenge against COVID-19 required the ability to stay in contact with our customers, even from a distance. Our brand, in fact, always stands for excellent customer service, as well as reliable and efficient solutions. To ensure the continuity of technical-commercial support, during this international emergency situation, we have therefore enhanced the following services:

– remote commissioning

– remote technical assistance

– hotline support

We have also decided to make the first year of the Cloud Control System free for all subscribers of the Advanced Pro package. In this way, they will be able to immediately monitor their COMAR branded automatic PFC equipment.

Last but not least, we have enriched our Academy with updated contents, such as the new vlogs for technical insights.

That’s why we want to remember this year as a tough test of resilience. In this way, we will be able to face 2021 with the same determination and greater awareness.
