\nA\ndifficult year, which has inevitably changed the life of each of us,\nis finally ending.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\nSince\nthe beginning of the pandemic, in COMAR <\/strong>we have guaranteed the\nhealth of our collaborators, adopting respiratory protection devices\nand modifying the workstations, to respect the safety distance.\nThanks to the extraordinary solidarity of our Customers, as well as\nthe help received from partners and suppliers, we were able to start\nagain, and then never stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This has allowed us to focus on what we do best: making our top-quality capacitors<\/a> and power factor correction<\/a> systems, 100% made in Italy. In fact, in full compliance with all health protocols, we have delivered a lot of equipment all over the world, also managing to complete two important Medium Voltage projects<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \nFurthermore,\nthe challenge against COVID-19 required the ability to stay in\ncontact with our customers, even from a distance. Our brand, in fact,\nalways stands for excellent customer service<\/strong>, as well as\nreliable and efficient solutions. To ensure the continuity of\ntechnical-commercial support, during this international emergency\nsituation, we have therefore enhanced the following services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \n–\nremote commissioning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \n–\nremote technical assistance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \n–\nhotline support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \nWe\nhave also decided to make the first year of the Cloud\nControl System<\/strong><\/a>\nfree for all subscribers of the Advanced Pro package. In this way,\nthey will be able to immediately monitor their COMAR branded\nautomatic PFC equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \nLast\nbut not least, we have enriched our Academy<\/a>\nwith updated contents, such as the new vlogs for technical insights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \nThat’s\nwhy we want to remember this year as a tough test of resilience.
